Too excited to head off to Ecuador on 11/26!  Read all about the people, country, and food and can't wait to experience in person.  First to Quito, staying at Hotel Carlota and then off to Hacienda Zuleta to cook my time away!

    I am SO excited for you! I was curious as to how Ecuadoran cuisine would differ from other Central/South American cuisines - learning about it through your adventures has been instructive! And you look so HAPPY! ;-) xoxoxo
